J. Kirk Menard, President
Kirk Menard brings more than 20 years of human resources and administrative experience to the field of executive search. For ten years, he served as Vice President, Human Resources for the Sterling Research Group Division of Sterling Drug, Inc. where he was responsible for all worldwide human resources programs including recruitment and selection. He has a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the staffing needs of the pharmaceutical industry.
Mr. Menard received a B.S. degree from Cornell University and a M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Peter Lasky, Executive Vice President
Peter Lasky is a Sr. Human Resources Executive specializing in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries for over 25 years. As an advisor to senior executives and their leadership teams, he has developed and executed cutting edge HR and business strategies, including attracting and retaining top talent.
Mr. Lasky received a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Industrial Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
William Miner, Executive Search Director – West Coast
Bill Miner’s training and experience bridge the disciplines of pharmaceutical research and business management. He has owned and operated a professional veterinary medical practice as well as having served in a series of increasingly responsible pharmaceutical research and product development positions with Beecham Laboratories and Sterling Drug. His responsibilities have included product development, pre-clinical and clinical research, regulatory affairs (FDA and EPA), manufacturing and marketing.
Bill joined Menard International Search, Inc. with responsibility for developing client relationships and managing searches.
Dr. Miner received B.S. and D.V.M. degrees from Washington State University.
John J. Morris, Executive Search Director
John Morris is an experienced business professional with corporate, consulting and industry experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare and consumer products.
John has served as a senior financial executive for several companies including Otsuka, CRI Worldwide, Reliance Clinical Research Services, Laureate Biopharmaceutical Services, Accenture and Sterling Drug. He has a strong understanding of business operations, including clinical development, manufacturing, quality, sales & marketing, and corporate development.
Mr. Morris holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. Peter’s University, an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University and is a CPA.
Max K. Rausch, Executive Director, Talent Acquisition
Max Rausch has extensive and professional recruiting experience. For eleven years he held key HR positions at The Sagamore, a world-class luxury resort, where he directed recruitment, benefits, training and professional development activities. He has developed successful innovative international initiatives and has developed strategic staffing programs. Max has strong database management skills and is adept at using information technology in candidate identification and sourcing.
Mr. Rausch received a B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and an M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.
Matthew J. Menard, Executive Search Consultant
Matthew Menard has a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and a substantial network of contacts. He began his career with Aprecia Pharmaceuticals in a business development role and has also held positions at McNeil Specialty Pharmaceuticals, a division of J&J and at Pennsylvania Hospital, a division of Penn Medicine.
Mr. Menard received his B.A. degree in Economics and Communications from Muhlenberg College.
